Fast fat burning. Does it really work or is it just a lot of hype made up by people who want to sell e-books? Most people today who have gained an extra five or 10 pounds are in a hurry to lose weight and trim up. For people who are 20 or more pounds overweight, they are afraid that they can’t lose weight no matter how hard they try.
The best way to lose body fat is to lose fat quickly, following healthy approaches to exercise and diet. There is something very positive about seeing rapid progress and gaining momentum that increases your desire to make changes. And that is what fast fat burning is based on - a positive change in results.
But real change starts when you imagine how you will look and what you will feel like when all of that stubborn belly fat is gone. Many experts in the self-help field recommend that you set a goal, write it out and then imagine what achieving that goal will mean. For myself, when I began to lose weight, I looked at the scale and saw my weight start to get lighter. My clothes began to fit better. I had more energy.
All of this increased my desire to keep going when I wanted to quit. I would imagine fitting into a pair of jeans with a smaller waist. I imagined myself wearing shirts that I could tuck in without a bulging belly. And when it happened, I became even more committed to change how I ate and exercised.
Fast fat burning can happen, just like it did for me. Yes, there are no magic pills, potions or buttons to push. It takes change. If I can do it, so can you.
